Byte Busterz Repair Terms of repair and Terms of Service

By having a repair initiated by Byte Busterz Repair you
agree to these terms.

Byte Busterz repair reserves the right to
decline a job or repair at anytime for any reason. Including, work Hazards,
Safety, Abuse, Customer Conduct, and Sexual Harassment and / or sexual assault
behaviors from customers.


 


SECTION 1


TERMS OF
REPAIR AND BYTE BUSTERZ RIGHTS


In the event you as the customer decline a repair. you may
still be held financially liable for the part replacement unless the part is
returned to Byte Busterz Repair in original and operable condition in which it
came.


A declined repair may either be done by the Byte Busterz
Repair Employee or the Customer. If the Byte Busterz Employee working on the
repair does not feel safe in the environment after the repair is declined by
the customer or employee, the employee may be forced to abandon the repair and
leave the environment as stated above. You as the customer are responsible if
the employee feels that they are threatened, or the employee’s safety is in
jeopardy through you as the customers actions, or behaviors. In which we
reserve the right to get law enforcement involved. And employee reserves the
right to decline repair.


To report employee behavior misconduct you as the customer must

SECTION 2


TERMS TO
UNLOCKING PHONES


Unlocking Phones and or devices carries the risk of a
bricked phone or device and / or an inability for the phone or device to
contact the carrier, or services such as Apples, Googles, or Samsungs, ETC. including
the Appstore or play store. There is the risk that you’re manufacturer’s  warranty and / or insurance including apple
care, Asurion, Assurant, ETC could cancel you’re coverage. There is the risk of
your data and security being compromised. There is also a risk of data loss
such as photos and documents that cannot be recovered. There is also the risk
of your phone or device not being able to revert to its original state and / or
even be able to be unlocked. You as the customer by initiating this repair
agree to these risks as stated above. and if we byte busterz repair are unable
to unlock the device. you will be issued a full refund. The customer can also
forfeit the device or ewaste it as which the terms in section 3 of this legally
documented agreement apply.


 


SECTION 3


DEVICE
EWASTE AND ABANDONMENT POLICIES.


If you initiate a repair, you as the customer agree to  reacquire your device whether unrepaired or
repaired within 90 days of the initiation of the repair. after that 90 day
period you as the customer agree to forfeit your device to byte busterz repair
as an abandoned item, whether electronic or not. At which byte busterz repair
reserves the right to resell or discard your device for e-waste or training
purposes where you as the customer will be unable to recover it.


 


To require your device within 90 days of the initiation of
repair. you the customer must call or text 602-349-2093


 


The customer also has the option to donate their device to
byte busterz repair as an e-waste item where it will not be able to be recovered
to the customer. Byte busterz reserves the right to destroy, resell, or discard
the e-wasted item, and it may used for training purposes.


 


SECTION 4


CUSTOMER
RIGHTS


The customer has the right to a safe and professional work environment,
free of sexual harassment, abuse, substance abuse, verbal abuse, physical assault,
battery, or other criminal activity ETC. by a byte busterz contractor or
employee. if this policy is broken by an employee or contractor of byte busterz
repair then you the customer must report it by calling or texting 602-349-2093,
or emailing [email protected].



 


You as the customer are able to cancel a repair at any time
up until the repair is completed at which if the customer cancels their repair byte
busterz repair reserves the right to return the replacement part back to the
property of byte busterz and / or charge you a fee for cancellation of no more
then 50.00$.


SECTION 5


ENDING
TERMS


We reserve the right to change these terms at anytime for
any reason.
