Discuss what you have
Call with the device types, quantity, condition, and any storage media. Acceptance and handling arrangements are confirmed first.
E-WASTE DONATION & RECYCLING
Byte Busterz helps coordinate electronics donation and recycling. We act as an intermediary: a third-party company performs the agreed data destruction and recycling, rather than Byte Busterz doing that work in-house.
CALL BEFORE HANDING OVER A DEVICE
Tell us what you have, whether it contains a hard drive or other storage, and whether you need a particular destruction method or documentation. We’ll discuss acceptance and the next step before you commit.

Physical software discs, original cases, and packaging.
Loose discs, collections, and optical media cases.

Call before you hand it over. Let us know the item type, quantity, and condition so we can confirm acceptance, any charges, and the arrangements with the third-party provider.
602-349-2093HOW THE HANDOVER WORKS
A donation or recycling instruction is separate from a repair request. Your authorization should identify the devices and the agreed disposition.
Call with the device types, quantity, condition, and any storage media. Acceptance and handling arrangements are confirmed first.
Identify the devices, receiving provider, data instructions, any fees, and whether donation for reuse or recycling is authorized.
We coordinate handover to the third-party company for the agreed data destruction and recycling. Any confirmed processing report comes from that provider.
BEFORE YOU HAND IT OVER
Ask before the handover. Availability, coverage, and any charge for a destruction certificate or other processing report must be confirmed with the third-party company.
Do not put lithium-ion batteries or devices containing them in household garbage or household recycling bins. Follow appropriate handling instructions for damaged batteries.
EPA donation & recycling guidance (opens in a new tab)BEFORE YOU ARRANGE A HANDOVER
No. For this program, we coordinate the handover of devices to a third-party company. That company performs the agreed data destruction and recycling. Byte Busterz is the intermediary.
We accept flip phones, iPhones, computers, game consoles, physical software, CDs and DVDs, monitors, and printers for donation or recycling. Call with the item type, quantity, and condition before arranging a handover. Acceptance and any charges depend on the receiving provider and the agreed arrangements.
Ask before authorizing the handover. A certificate or processing report is provided by the third-party company only when its availability and scope have been confirmed. It is not automatically included or issued by Byte Busterz.
A completed donation or authorized processing may be irreversible. Collection and cancellation arrangements must be discussed before transfer. Once the provider begins destruction or recycling, return may no longer be possible.
Call to confirm acceptance, any collection or processing charges, and any charges for a requested destruction method or report. No free service or tax deduction is promised on this page.
Third-party processing notice. Byte Busterz acts as a collection and coordination intermediary (middleman). We do not perform electronics recycling or recycling-related data destruction ourselves. Devices and storage media are handed to a third-party company for the agreed data destruction and recycling services. Provider details, methods, any charges, and available documentation must be confirmed before handover. This disclosure does not waive obligations or customer rights imposed by applicable law.
